O2 Laminate Information
O2 laminates are durable, abrasion and impact resistant under normal usage. All laminates are produced based on ISO 4586 standards
O2 HPL is 4’x 8’ (1220 x 2440 mm) and approximately 0.7mm thickness (+/- 10%).
O2+ laminate is 4.25’x 8′ (1300 x 2440mm) with various thickness based on range. *

Common Usage of Laminates
O2 laminates are ideal for decorative usage in vertical and horizontal interior applications.
Common applications include but are not limited to, interior wall claddings, home furniture, hotel and restaurant furniture, interior signages, woodwork coverings, counter displays and surfacing for doors.
Laminates are not suitable for
- Outdoor usage or locations expose to prolong periods of temperature above 60°C.
- Wet areas with exposed joints which would cause the substrate to expand.
- Areas where there is direct impact from chopping, slicing, hammering or exposed to a cutter or blade.
O2 laminates have to be applied on a suitable substrate. Substrate must be wood or wood-like (e.g. plywood, medium density fibreboard, particleboard, etc.) and the surface must be flat/even and porous to allow for strong adhesion. Typical adhesives used are contact glue and PVA glue.
Care and Maintenance Instructions for O2 laminates
For light stains use a warm water and clean non-abrasive cloth to remove stains. If needed use a mild household cleaner or detergent and rinse with clean water. Wipe dry the surface with a clean non-abrasive cloth.
For stubborn stains, apply a small amount of thinner on a clean non-abrasive cloth to gently remove stain and rinse the area with another clean damp cloth.
Do not use any cleaning agent containing acid, alkali or sodium hypochlorite, as they may corrode, discolour or ruin the surface of the laminate.
